Liat resep ini di blog Hesti's Kitchen. Bahannya simple dan kelihatannya enak. So, i made it. Kukis ini rapuh banget, begitu masuk mulut langsung lumer, ga bikin mulut capek ngunyah, wkwkw.....
Rasanya? Buat aku rasanya buttery n ngeju, enak.

Biscotti ini rasanya enak (menurut aku wkwkwk......). Resepnya nyontek dari tabloid Nova. Mau buat lagi ga inget resepnya, abis lupa dicatet. Tinggal ada fotonya doang yang bisa diliat, hahahhahahaha............

Milo Doggies Cookies

Bahan :
180 gr butter
80 gr milo
200 gr top fluor / cake fluor
25 gr corn fluor
25 gr milk powder
100 gr chocolate chips
some chocolate rice
some coco crunch

Method :
1. Sieve fluor, corn fluor, milk powder
2. Cream butter and milo at low speed for 1-3 minutes, dont overbeat
3. Put in top mix fluor and beat for about 1 minute to form dough
4. Devide dough to 10 gr each
5. Roll each dough into balls
6. Put the coco crunch for the ear, chocolate rice for the eye, and chocolate chips for the nose
7. Bake at 140 celcius for 25 minutes (depending to your oven)
8. Leave it cool on wire rack before storing in an airtight container
